David has worked in the financial services industry since 1997, and has been helping clients with their mortgages since 2000. He has worked on many sides of the mortgage business including working as a mortgage underwriter with a major Canadian alternative lender, as a Certified Financial Planner for one of the major banks, and now works as a Mortgage Agent, helping clients find the mortgage that will contribute to their bottom line and not their bank’s.

David holds a Masters Degree in the History and Philosophy of Science from York University and lives in Toronto with his partner of 24 years and their 2 children.
