This week's video blog follows a home in the North Toronto area that obtained Construction Financing through MonsterMortgage.ca
While in a beautiful area and on an excellent plot of land, the owners of the home felt it was time to make some additional improvements to their dream home and required construction financing to do so. The Big Banks don't like these kinds of mortgages - they aren't very familar with doing them and they aren't particularly skilled at handling them either. Awesome Video. Youtube can be a great asset for you. If you need any help getting your video expoesd check out this site called sl8t.(com) It has really done wonders for me, I have built 3 channels up with videos at top in position, this is my forth channel I'm going to working on now.Sorry for the parenthesis around the com, some reason Youtube will not let you give an actual address in a comment. Chicken and egg question: i want to new build. Do I make
1 )design /planning permission first? ... only to find not sufficient Financing capability.... or
2 ) is monster mortgage willing to consider n advise finance possibilities, ...thereafter do design + planning permision graham
ps i'm successfully self employed and can adjust income BEFORE YEAR END
