I just wanted to thank you for everything you did for me… the mortgage funded late friday… the transaction closed today… it's done - registered.. the lawsuit is discharged… and I can now move forward…

jason - I've already done that… my friend will be calling you in a few months when her mortgage comes up for renewal… I've sent your business card on to her… and she said she would be calling you… and anyone else I can convince to go to you… I'm very happy with what you were able to achieve for me…
and - when mine comes up in five years… I'll track you down.. I won't just automatically renew with scotia - I'll let you find me a great rate again!...
