Hey Tim!! Happy New Year to you also!!.. I got your voice mail at work awhile ago but have not had time to respond. January is a crazy, crazy time at Green Shield. Anyway my friend, everything is going smooth with our new mortgage. All the withdrawals are correct and so is the mortgage insurance. We are already ready seeing a huge savings along with having a little more money in our bank accounts at the end of the month.

I cannot thank you enough for helping us with this. I really thought I was on the edge of bankruptcy. Yeah for MonsterMortgage.ca and Tim Fong!!!
