I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to send a quick note to THANK YOU again for all your help with organizing my mortgage, etc. My closing went surprisingly smoothly! I'm still finding it a little hard to believe that I am a homeowner but I am sure that it will sink in soon. I have to thank you for making things easier for me. Before our meeting I didn't really understand mortgages and now that I do it helps so much that I feel more in control of things. My lawyer also commented on what a great rate I got!
