This survey was just released by The Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals and it clearly indicates that Canadians have been paying there mortgage on time and in most cases, at reduced amortizations that increase their principal reductions and reduce the interest charges. Most Canadians have renegotiated their mortgages in the last few years and have taken advantage of these great rate opportunities.
