In yesterday's Toronto Star, Business Reporter Tony Wong reported on a very interesting story in front of the federal Competition Bureau on how Canadians in the housing market can pay less in realty commissions and fees. It will be interesting to see how this one plays out and the impact it will have on consumers looking to purchase a home or to sell their home.
