This week's video blog is Part 2 in a series where we are following the plight of one of our clients. Last week we talked about a woman that called us looking for help because her bank wants to charge her a whopping 10% of her current loan amount to break her existing mortgage. The price tag for this bank charge is $15,000!!

She made repeated pleas to the bank's branch to just meet with her to discuss the matter but the branch still refused to make the time. We were ultimately able to put this mortgage matter in front of two different Regional Managers and a VP who has now contacted the branch on her behalf. The branch replied indicating that they always intended to help her. HOW IS THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...WAY TO GO J.D. POWERS!!!

I hope the branch now makes her experience a bit more “COMFORTABLE”. I do want to congratulate the Regional Managers though at the bank for getting inolved and helping her out.
