The Toronto Real Estate Board reported some interesting numbers today re: home sales for the first fifteen days of May 2009.

For homes in the 416 Volume for the first 15 days of May 2009 was up 7% (1,864) when compared to the first 15 days of May 2008 (1,734). Average Price for the first 15 days of May 2009 was $439,459 up .6% from the first 15 days of May 2008, $437,205.

For home in the 905 Volume for the first 15 days of May 2009 was up .3% (2,697) greater than the first 15 days of May 2008 (2,688). Average Price for the first 15 days of May 2009 was $372,408 down 1% from the first 15 days of May 2008, $377,344.
